10 Day Kenya Exploration Safari

Upon arrival at the airport in Nairobi, you will be received or welcomed by our company representative who will be your driver guide. You will be transfered to your hotel to rest where you also be briefed about your trip. Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will depart to visit Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage to learn about how orphan elephants are raised here and later released into the wild. You will later drive towards the Ngong Hills for a tour of the Karen Blixen Museum, once the farmhouse of the prominent author of Out of Africa. In the afternoon, continue to Kazuri Beads Workshop, which started as a tiny workshop making ceramic beads by hand. Today this center produces fine examples of genuine African jewelry out of clay gathered from nearby Mt. Kenya. End the day at the Giraffe Centre where you hand-feed the Rothschild's Giraffe and learn more about their extensive conservation efforts. Dinner tonight is at a local restaurant

After an early breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi, checkout and embark on your transfer to Samburu National Park, known for its unique wildlife, rarely found in other Kenyan parks. Here, view different species of giraffe, zebra, beisa oryx and the long-necked gerenuk, along with lion, cheetah, and leopard. En route, stop for lunch at the Trout Tree Restaurant. Arrive in Samburu, with its arid hills leading to the lush forested ravine of the Ewaso Nyiro River. This evening, set out on your first game drive returning to camp in time for dinner.

After and early breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive in search for animals that we expect to see that include lions, ostriches, or even a family of elephants wandering the hills. After lunch at the lodge, you will be taken for an afternoon drive which takes you to a different area of the park. You will later return to the lodge for leisure time. Dinner and Overnight.

After an early breakfast, checkout of the lodge and drive southwest to the heart of Aberdare National Park. Arriving at your lodge later in the afternoon and have your lunch at the lodge and relax. You will later proceed for a game drive to see animals that include; African Elephant, black rhino, leopard, spotted hyena, olive baboon, black and white colobus monkey, sykes monkey, cape buffalo, warthog, zebra among others and later embark on your return to the lodge. Dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast at your lodge, checkout and embark on your transfer to explore Lake Nakuru National Park. Upon arrival at the park, you will be driven to the edge of the lake to view thousands of birds feeding in the alkaline water, see the sweeping view from the top of Baboon Rocks, then look for warthogs and waterbucks. Nakuru is also one of the best places in Kenya to see black and white rhino, and for making daytime leopard sightings. You will proceed to your lodge for lunch and relax and later go for another game drive before you return to relax at the lodge. Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast at your lodge, checkout and embark on your transfer to Lake Naivasha and upon arrival you will go for a boat ride on the tranquil waters of Lake Naivasha, a bird lover's paradise. You will encounter hippos wallowing in the water and an abundant number of birds. Afterward, return to your lodge enjoy your lunch and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and Overnight

After an early morning breakfast, drive to Masai Mara National Reserve in the southwest corner of Kenya, renowned for its spectacular game viewing. The savannahs of the park are a backdrop to a diverse and abundant wildlife population throughout the entire year. Lunch at the camp, before going out on the afternoon game drive where you expect to see animals that include; Lions, Elephants, Rhinos, Leopards, Buffalos, Wildebeests, Hippos, giraffes among others and embark to transfer to your lodge. Dinner and Overnight.

Arise before dawn to participate in today's optional Hot Air Balloon Safari. Take off in a hot air balloon as you watch the sunrise over the Masai Mara. Drift above the beautiful landscape, watching wild game roam the vast plains below. On today's game drives through the Masai Mara reserve we will focus on the "Big Five" (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino), as well as antelopes, gazelles, hippos and a variety of birdlife. You will later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, checkout of your lodge and embark on your transfer back to Nairobi with lunch enroute and arrive later at the airport where you will be dropped off later in the evening.
