Uganda and Rwanda are the two destinations that can currently provide you with a gorilla tracking experience in the safest environment. In Uganda Gorillas can be tracked in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga National Park and in Rwanda the Gorillas can as well be tracked in Volcanoes National Park.
